Still constructing!

“Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.”

Being a new blog, I'm still working on posts, and making the site amazing :) keep checking back and don't forget to follow me on instagram: rachgabriellexo & my other social networks in my profile!

Cheetah Girl

Today's ensemble was a mixture of cheetah and some Steve Madden. Animal prints never fail, especially when paired with basic black accessories. Plus, I FINALLY got to break out a sweater (I'm loving that its time for fall fashion!)

What I wore:
Basic black knit top - Charlotte Russe
Sparkly gold, cheetah print sweater - Windsor
Jeggings - TyTE (found at Marshall's for $13!)
Gold/pearl necklace - Charlotte Russe
Gold bangle - Forever21
Black cutout flats - Steve Madden
Black gold chain tote - Steve Madden (I just love him)

A Saturday At The Park

After being stuck at home sick with mono the past week, I thought it was time to attempt to venture outside the house. I had been feeling awful about keeping Landon cooped up inside due to my sickness, so we took a mini field trip to the park!

I must say, I made a pretty cute kid! :)

Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice!

Attention coffee lovers!
Pumpkin Spice Latte's are back at Starbucks! My fall obsession has begun and not only have I already had 5 grande PSL's since they came back on the 30th of last month, but I've begun the pinning of fall DIY decor.

Time to put on my gloves and get creative!

Pictures will be up soon!

Get to Know Your Blogger

A Little About Me...

I'm Rachel! 21 year old single mom, from Ohio. I'm currently a Fashion Design major at Kent State University. My boyfriend Mark, and my 2 year old son Landon keep me incredibly busy, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I've always dreamt about moving to a big city like LA or NYC once I'm finished with school, and I am by NO means a country girl like most of the people that surround my area.I'm infatuated with buying shoes and dresses and never have enough room to store either. Up for a little game?

The September Issue

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

No, not as in Christmas.
As in, Vogue's September issue!

As a fashion major, I try to buy as many women's magazines every month as possible. Everything from Vogue to Cosmopolitan, to Bazaar to Women's Health. Never has there ever been a more successful issue of a magazine. September's issues featuring upcoming fall and winter fashion is equivalent of Christmas to us fashion-obsessed women. We LIVE for September.

This year it's Lady Gaga, on the cover, which kind of shocked me. Nevertheless, it's intrigue has captured me and I will now slip into the world that is as I see it, Heaven.
